About this Event
Join Luke Philip, former owner of local favourite Delhi Street Bistro, to make a brunch to remember.
This event has been created to celebrate brunch and share a couple of classic Delhi Street Bistro recipes. The class will start with an introduction to an SOMETHING french toast recipe (complete with fruit compote and creme anglaise!) Then, for those who like a more savoury breakfast, participants will create a braised beef hash, learning some basic braising techniques and a hollandaise sauce hack.
This is the perfect gift to do in celebration of Mother’s Day weekend or join the class to learn the techniques and recreate the dishes for your family and friends at home!
