March carries a powerful spiritual energy—one that speaks to rebirth, renewal, and the profound transformations that accompany the shift from winter to spring. As the earth awakens, so do we. This is a month that invites creativity, growth, and the courage to step forward into new beginnings.Traditionally associated with the Roman god Mars, March embodies action, strength, and assertiveness. It also holds the energy of the Vernal Equinox, a moment of perfect balance between light and dark. This equilibrium encourages introspection, clarity, and the opportunity to realign with our intentions. Practices such as meditation, breathwork, journaling, and connecting with nature can deepen our experience of this seasonal turning point and help us attune to its transformative power.
In this session, we will honor the spirit of March by slowing down, grounding into the body, and expanding into the breath. Together, we will weave in earth elements, intentional pauses, and reflective writing to support a deeper connection to yourself and the energy of renewal that this month offers.
The Breathwork Experience:
In this session, Hannah will guide you through a series of intentional breathing techniques, rhythmic patterns, and breath holds designed to open the body and expand consciousness. This style of breathwork supports physical, emotional, cognitive, and spiritual well‑being by directly influencing the nervous system and the body’s internal rhythms.
As you learn to work with your breath and create spaciousness within the lungs, you cultivate a holistic mind‑body‑spirit harmony. Many participants experience reduced stress, anxiety, PTSD symptoms, depression, grief, chronic pain, and anger. Breathwork can also enhance energy, focus, mental clarity, athletic performance, and your sense of connection—to yourself, to others, and to the earth.
Ceremonial Tea:
We will begin with a warm cup of ceremonial Egyptian Blue Lotus tea. For more than 3,000 years, Blue Lotus was revered by ancient Egyptian priesthood for its medicinal qualities and its role as a sacred spiritual plant. Its gentle, consciousness‑expanding properties are often described as having a “divine” essence, inviting feelings of tranquility, openness, and subtle euphoria.
