A Breathwork Quest: Flower Moon Energy

The Flower Moon holds a special spiritual significance as it symbolizes the transition from the dormant and introspective energy of winter to the vibrant and expansive energy of summer. It serves as a reminder to embrace positive change, tap into our inner wisdom, and nurture our spiritual growth.Full moons have long been revered for their powerful influence on nature and human consciousness. In various spiritual and cultural traditions, the full moon is seen as a symbol of completion, illumination, and heightened intuition. It is a time when the energy is ripe for manifestation and releasing what no longer serves us.
In this style of breathwork Hannah will guide you through various different techniques, patterns and breath holds to create a deeply transcendental state. Regular practice brings physical, cognitive, emotional and spiritual benefits because your breath directly impacts the way your nervous and other systems operate. Learning to control how you breathe and creating expansiveness within the lungs creates a holistic mind-body-soul approach to mental health, a balanced nervous system, physical well-being, and deep soul connection. This style of breathing can be very beneficial toward reducing stress, anxiety, PTSD, depression, grief, chronic pain and anger, it also helps to boost energy, concentration, mental clarity, sports performance, and a greater connection to the earth.

In addition to this practice you will receive a small gift infused by the Energy of our Breath and connection that will serve as a token that reminds us of our wholeness.
We will also enjoy a warming cup of ceremonial Egyptian Blue lotus tea. For over 3000 years the Blue Lotus was used by the priesthood of ancient Egypt for its medicinal properties and as a spiritual sacrament. Blue Lotus generally produces mild consciousness-expanding effects that are said to have a “divine” essence, which brings upon the feelings of tranquility and subtle euphoria.
