The symbolism of the sun varies across cultures, holding multiple interpretations. As a source of life, energy, and vitality, the sun is revered for its power and positivity, symbolizing strength and enlightenment. It represents renewal and rebirth, reflecting the cyclical nature of life and the potential for new beginnings. Across cultures, the sun is associated with divinity and spiritual wisdom, often representing gods and goddesses, embodying divine control and authority.
Additionally, the sun is seen as a symbol of protection, providing safety and security against evil and misfortune. It is also linked to harvest, wealth, and abundance, symbolizing prosperity. Moreover, in some cultures, the sun is associated with masculine energy and influence. While these interpretations are common, it’s essential to acknowledge that sun symbolism can be personal and subjective, varying based on cultural background and individual experiences.
In this style of breathwork Hannah will guide you through various different techniques, patterns and breath holds to create a deeply transcendental state. Regular practice brings physical, cognitive, emotional and spiritual benefits because your breath directly impacts the way your nervous and other systems operate. Learning to control how you breathe and creating expansiveness within the lungs creates a holistic mind-body-soul approach to mental health, a balanced nervous system, physical well-being, and deep soul connection. This style of breathing can be very beneficial toward reducing stress, anxiety, PTSD, depression, grief, chronic pain and anger, it also helps to boost energy, concentration, mental clarity, sports performance, and a greater connection to the earth.

In addition to this practice you will receive a small gift infused by the Energy of our Breath and connection that will serve as a token that reminds us of our wholeness.
We will also enjoy a warming cup of ceremonial Egyptian Blue lotus tea. For over 3000 years the Blue Lotus was used by the priesthood of ancient Egypt for its medicinal properties and as a spiritual sacrament. Blue Lotus generally produces mild consciousness-expanding effects that are said to have a “divine” essence, which brings upon the feelings of tranquility and subtle euphoria.
