As the first iteration of this event was booked out within a night, I thought I better make another one sooner rather than later.Coming out of a full moon at the beginning of spring it is a perfect time to harvest the learnings from this winter. The change of winter can bring up some gloomy dark bits and pieces in us, but with the sun showing its face a bit more and the air starting to lighten and get warmer, its necessary to release what we need to from this past season to free up room to create what we want in the season of fruitfulness to come. I’d love to invite you to an experience in which to contemplate, release out of and invoke into your life the empowering lesson you’ve received over this past grey season.
This event will be a guided meditation through an incredible sound scape that is a beautiful and mediative journey. Combined with rebirthing and pranayama breathwork techniques, the space will be a powerful experience that is a colliding point of so much inspiration from musicians to space holders becoming a space in which to contemplate creation in your life.

This event is not for you if you fit under any of the following:
- You have a personal history of aneurysms, seizers, psychosis, PTSD or panic attacks
- You are currently pregnant or are breast feeding
- Glaucoma or retinal detachment
- Any Condition that requires you to take medications to assist breathing or low blood pressure
Breathwork can bring up emotions and memories. It is a natural way to release built up trauma, tension and energy in the body allowing a clearness of mind and a clear flow of energy. It activates the vagus nerve and the parasympathetic nervous system, telling your body to switch out of fight, fight or freeze. Being out of this space clears room for emotional processing that may not have had the space to be released.
Itinerary:
3:45 - Arrival (please arrive at this time to ensure the session sticks to its time frame).
4:30 - Welcome to the space, introduction to each other, pre-frame session.
5: 00 - Practice and explanation of techniques.
5:15 - Start Session.
6:15 - Session ends, time to ground / reflect.
6:45 - Optional sharing space / time to ground before driving home.
8:00 - Home time.
