Through somatic breathwork, energy healing, and sound therapy, you’ll release stress and emotional blocks while connecting with a profound sense of peace and self-awareness.
What You’ll Experience:
Opening: Learn about SomatIQ Breathwork™ and what you may experience during the session, including how breathwork can help release stress and tension.
SomatIQ Breathwork™ Journey: Facilitated by Abigail Luvisi, this breathwork session will use a circular connected breath pattern to help you release stuck emotions and stress, creating space for peace and calm to enter. You’ll be supported by healing sounds and music, allowing you to express any emotions that arise—whether through laughter, tears, or deep relaxation. As the breathwork shifts to a gentler phase, you’ll be guided into a state of peaceful awareness, reconnecting with your inner self.
Peace-Centered Sound Bath: Eryn Branham, founder of Transcend Sound Healing, will guide you through a one-hour sound bath designed to deepen your relaxation and align your energy with the frequency of peace. Through the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments, you’ll be led into a state of deep rest and balance.
Healing and Integration: Allow yourself to fully relax and integrate the healing energy from the breathwork and sound bath. This is a time to settle into the peaceful space you’ve cultivated.
Closing and Reflection: Conclude with a moment of silence and gratitude, reflecting on the inner peace you’ve cultivated during the session and how to carry it forward in your daily life.
