Weigh in times: 10-11am (this may change to 9am to 11am depending on numbers and the Expo details) and 5-6pm 24 hour weigh in ONLY. NO on the day weigh ins (you’re in the big league now!)
Start time: 10am
Lifter Split:
Saturday 1st November: All ABPU men
Sunday 2nd November: All BPU men and all women
Please note – this is likely to be a 2 platform meet. Details will be confirmed closer to the time.
This is by qualification and invitation ONLY, The quaifiers which are hosted by the British Powerlifting Union are your qualifiers for this National Event. All qualifiers through to October we are hosting are qualifiers for this competition.
