INVITATION BY QUALIFICATION ONLYDates: 4, 5, 6 October 2024
Promoters: British Powerlifting Union
Closing date: entries will close on the 1st August 2024
Venue: Nottingham Strong, 42 Church St, Lenton, Nottingham NG7 2FH
Weigh in times: 10-11am (this may change to 9am to 11am depending on numbers) and 5-6pm 24 hour weigh in ONLY. NO on the day weigh ins (you’re in the big league now!)
Start time: 10am (possibly 9am depending on numbers – this will be confirmed on the 2nd September)
Lifter Split:
Friday 4th October: ABPU & BPU All Women Raw and Classic Raw, all age and weight classes
Saturday 5th October: ABPU RAW and Classic RAW Men, open and Master classes
Sunday 6th October:
All BPU male lifters RAW and Classic RAW. – all weight, age and equipment classes.
ABPU Junior and teenage men, RAW and Classic RAW.
ALL equipped lifters, male and female, all age and weight classes (Single Ply, Multiply full power and includes Unlimited for bench only).
This is the NATIONAL FINAL for qualified lifters with those placing 1st achieving an invitation to the A/BPU British Full Power and/or Single Lift Championships 2025.
