Weigh in times: YOU HAVE TO ATTEND ONE WEIGH-IN:
The day before your lifting: – 10am to 11am and 4pm to 5pm.
On the day of your lifting: Weigh in 8-8.30am.
What is the split?
Saturday: Men open and masters – all weight classes and divisions
Sunday: All teen men, all junior men and all women – all weight classes and divisions
Athlete limit: 40 per day
Fortress Gym to host a competition for the first time!
Big Tom Warren, top ABPU heavyweight and his crew are hosting their first qualifier in Fortress Gym, and the first Stroud qualifier in A/BPU history.
The establishment is big, it’s new, it has changing rooms and even heating. That, if anything, is a luxury in hardcore powerlifting gyms! On top of the luxuries, they have the important goods; monolifts, specialty bars and competition plates.
The competition will be ran by Emma and Kalle, with Fortress Gym Team close at hand helping and learning. We guarantee the usual: well-ran, competitor orientated meet, professional staff, good kit, and just a sprinkling of CARNAGE!
