Weigh in times: (attend ONE weigh-in)
Day before lifting 24 hour weigh in – 10am to 11am OR 5-6pm.
If weighing in on the day of competing, weigh in is 8-9am.
What is the Split? Saturday: Open and Master Men
Sunday: Junior and Teen Men, ALL Women
Scott and Keenan return to the A/BPU Qualifiers to host another outstanding meet as well as Helen’s cooking on sale! The top level RAW lifter Keenan Freer, already with years of experience under his belt and his co-host run a tight ship at PowerXFitness and have a particular interest in new and mid-level competitors still finding their feet, though the “crew from Leeds” are regulars here so you can also see some astounding world level competitors.
At this competition first time lifters are extremely welcome as we have the space and time to give you and there is a welcoming and supportive atmosphere. Those coming back to the sport, having had a break or are still finding their way will also appreciate the more relaxed but hyped atmosphere.

Please remember – entries will close to all our qualifiers as soon as we are full automatically. This is all explained on this page and also in your membership agreement.
Is your membership up to date? Remember – you will need a current membership FOR THAT year you are competing AT WEIGH IN. Memberships take around 10 days to come through and you must produce your membership PDF on the day of weigh or you cannot compete regardless of who you are. You cannot buy it on the day of competition. You will be told to leave.
If you are new and are applying for membership write “waiting” in the membership number box on the entry form and use the link below to update your membership number as soon as you get it. Its very easy.
