Start Time? 10am each day
Weigh in times: 24 hour weigh in for the following day lifting: 10-11am and 5-6pm. On the day weigh in is 8,30am to 9am.
What is the Split?
Saturday: Men open and men masters – all weight classes and divisions
Sunday: All teen men, all junior men and all women – all weight classes and divisions
Adam Hindle and the team are back running our qualifiers for the South West Salisbury and the equipped mecca that is 349 Barbell. The incredible team consists of some of biggest and best equipped lifters in the country (certainly biggest……) and includes a few of the top women. The team include competitors in the top tier WPO Superfinals and the ABS Pro series so you are in amazing hands.
Along with that the equipement is second to none and the gym requires none of our additional equipment as they have everything! This competition is suitable for the experienced lifters as well as first timers as Adam and the team all coach new lifters at the establishment and have a focus on developing the sport and grass roots competitors.

Entries will close to all our qualifiers as soon as we are full automatically.
Remember – you will need a current membership FOR THAT year you are competing AT WEIGH IN. Memberships take around 10 days to come through. No membership PDF – NO competing. You cannot buy it on the day of competition.
