Weigh in times:
Day before lifting both competition days 10am to 11am OR 5-6pm.
If weighing in on the day of your competing the weigh in for both days is 8-9am.
Start Time: 10am each day
Whats the Split?
Saturday: Men open and masters 82.5kg and over.
Sunday: All teen men, all junior men and all women. Also, men open and masters up to and including 75kg.
Athlete Limit: 40 per day.

There is an outstanding team at Nottingham Strong and it is run by competitive lifters who are entirely lifter focused. Huge amounts of equipment, lots of room and lots of food!
This venue will suit lifters all levels of experience – whether you are a first time lifters and need support and advice or whether you are a barbell weathered old meathead that needs a really good spotting crew behind you!

Please remember – entries will close to all our qualifiers as soon as we are full automatically. This is all explained on this page and also in your membership agreement.
Is your membership up to date? Remember – you will need a current membership FOR THAT year you are competing AT WEIGH IN. Memberships take around 10 days to come through and you must produce your membership PDF on the day of weigh or you cannot compete regardless of who you are. You cannot buy it on the day of competition. You will be told to leave.
If you are new and are applying for membership write “waiting” in the membership number box on the entry form and use the link below to update your membership number as soon as you get it. Its very easy.
