Day before lifting 10am to 11am OR 5-6pm.
If weighing in on the day of your competing the weigh in for both days is 8-9am.

There is an outstanding team at Nottingham Strong and it is run by competitive lifters who are entirely lifter focused. Huge amounts of equipment, lots of room and lots of food!
This venue will suit lifters all levels of experience – whether you are a first time lifters and need support and advice or whether you are a barbell weathered old meathead that needs a really good spotting crew behind you!

Please remember – entries will close to all our qualifiers as soon as we are full automatically. This is all explained on this page and also in your membership agreement.
MEMBERSHIPS
Remember – you will need a current 2026 membership FOR THAT year you are competing AT WEIGH IN. Memberships are immediate and sent by auto confirmation with your new membership number to the email address you input on the application form. Please check your spam folder.
If you do not have an autoreply in a few minutes, then please email [email protected] and you will be forwarded a copy. You CANNOT WEIGH IN without this email or printout of the PDF with your membership number on. SO please ensure you do this long before the competition.
