What’s the split?
Saturday: Open and Master Men
Sunday: Junior and Teen Men, ALL Women
Start Time: 10am both days
Weigh in times: 24 hour weigh in 10-11AM or 17-18PM
OR On the morning of the day competing 8-9AM

Sara Bradley, the hostess with the mostess is back for 2024! She has a brand new extended facility which is a dedicated event space and gym and the biggest in the area.
They are used to running novice entry level competitions and also have a wealth of experienced lifters who train and compete there. We would highly recommend this cmopetition for first timers , those at the start of their competing journey and people coming back from a layoff or injury as the focus is very much on the individual.
Huge event space, lots of parking and tea/coffee/water on sale through the day.

Please remember – entries will close to all our qualifiers as soon as we are full automatically. This is all explained on this page and also in your membership agreement.
Is your membership up to date? Remember – you will need a current membership FOR THAT year you are competing AT WEIGH IN. Memberships take around 10 days to come through and you must produce your membership PDF on the day of weigh or you cannot compete regardless of who you are. You cannot buy it on the day of competition. You will be told to leave.
If you are new and are applying for membership write “waiting” in the membership number box on the entry form and use the link below to update your membership number as soon as you get it. Its very easy.
