About this Event
Join A Black Souliloquy for another transformative event, where we blend creativity and reflection to help Black girls and women connect, unwind, and grow as a community.
These events are FREE and held once a month, with each event consisting of something new!
We are located at Cahill Recreation Center and our upcoming event is on Saturday, November 30th from 2-5pm.
🍂✨🍁
This month, we’re embracing the theme Honoring Our Roots with a creative poetry and short story writing workshop!
This event is open to all! As we write, we’ll reflect on what it means to honor our histories, our heritage, and the journeys that have shaped us. This hands-on workshop provides a cozy, supportive space for exploring our roots and crafting stories or poems that capture the essence of who we are.
Whether you’re looking for creative expression, connection, or an afternoon of storytelling, this event offers it all! Come as you are, and leave with new perspectives, personal pieces of writing, and a deeper sense of connection to your roots. As always, food and drinks will be provided, but space is limited, so be sure to RSVP early.
We can’t wait to see you there!
