Hi ABGM Community 🫶 Woof, we have a lot happening. But, despite the uncertainty and fear, we move forward and resist how we know best. We protect each other, gather together, affirm and fight for each other how we know best. We get proactive vs reactive because we have foundations built by those before us. 🌈As promised, our theme of growth for this year is community programming. We are SO overjoyed to introduce monthly A Big Gay Community Craft Days at Context Collective at 95 4th St in Troy! 🩵
The first four dates will be…
📆Sunday, February 23rd from 12PM - 4PM which will be 😷mask mandated 😷
📆Sunday, March 30th from 12PM - 4PM which will be masks encouraged, but not mandated.
📆Sunday, April 13th from 12PM - 4PM will be 😷mask mandated😷 and,
📆Sunday, May 11th from 12PM - 4PM which will be masks encouraged, but not mandated.
This event is for ALL community members - even if you haven’t attended a market yet! We are kid friendly as well. This event is FREE but we do have zine and print making materials for a small sliding scale & ways to donate to A Big Gay Market if you feel inspired too🌈
We can’t wait to gather in queer and trans joy with you in these new ways <3 We will share the June - December dates for this monthly event closer to mid-May.
