Mind-Body Integration:
Experience guided mindfulness, gentle breathwork, and yoga flow to ground both your mind and body. The session concludes with a calming meditation, helping you integrate the day’s insights and set your intentions.

Helpful details:
- Arrive early: We recommend arriving 10 minutes before the start to find your spot and settle in without feeling rushed.
- Comfort: Wear comfortable clothing for yoga and meditation. Bring a top layer of clothing to adjust your body temperature as needed.
- Optional: A notebook and pen can be helpful for jotting down reflections or insights.
- Health: Let us know of any injuries or health conditions so we can adjust the session
accordingly. - Provided: Mats, bolsters, and drinks and snacks to keep you comfortable and energized.
- Inclusive: No prior experience necessary—everyone is welcome!
- Refunds: Available up to 7 days before the event (Eventbrite’s fee is nonrefundable).
- Photos & Videos: Photos and videos will be taken during the event for promotional purposes. Let us know if you’d prefer not to be included.

Anastasia Auld
Anastasia is a registered counsellor (ACA Level 2) with a strong trauma-informed and strength-based approach. Currently studying a Master of Counselling at Monash University, she specialises in supporting individuals and couples through challenges, promoting personal growth and resilience. With a compassionate, empathetic approach, Anastasis guides clients towards deeper self-understanding and lasting change.
Vasilisa Sugak
Vasilisa is a dedicated yoga teacher with over 1200 hours of training in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative yoga. Passionate about creating personalised, holistic practices, she integrates asanas, breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness to support individual goals and life stages. Currently deepening her expertise in prenatal yoga and the energetic aspects of yoga, she offers a supportive and inclusive approach to her sessions. Believing in yoga as a tool for stress management, personal growth, and well-being, she helps participants build sustainable practices for long-term health.
