Now celebrating its 9th year, FLINT Small Business Saturday has become one of the most impactful community marketplace events in Genesee County. Founded and produced by I’m Building Something Consulting, LLC, this annual event was created to fill a gap — a space for minority-owned and small local businesses to thrive on the busiest shopping weekend of the year.
What started as a simple idea has evolved into a powerful community tradition and economic movement — empowering local entrepreneurs, fostering collaboration, and inspiring residents to shop with purpose.
