This event is and joint CKA and IKO event!
There are differences between CKA and IKO rules. Please review the respective rules of each organization.
A rule review at the event will establish the prevailing rules for each event.
Marathon events will follow WKSF rules.

5 lifters per team
2 minute sets
The team with the highest points wins. Winning team receives "Biggest Jerks" commemorative awards.
