Lydia Knorrā€™s mission is to help people navigate their most pivotal life moments with confidence and grace by demonstrating how to live in alignment with the truest essence of themselves. Her signature program Discovering Y.O.U. (Your Own Uniqueness) was born from her desire to create meaning and find peace following the unexpected passing of her husband and later, her own brush with death as she navigated stage three cancer.
Combining her health professional background in the field of nutrition with her expertise in media and her certifications in life coaching and grief education, Lydia educates and inspires people to bring nourishing and nurturing practices into their lives that will fuel their entire well being and lead them to a thriving existence. Her passion for making connections through storytelling and creating meaningful impact in the lives of others is her greatest joy, second only to her three grown daughters.
When she is not speaking from a stage, Lydia spends her time running, hiking, golfing, skiing, practicing yoga, writing, learning, growing and volunteering her time in the grief and bereavement community, supporting others on this non-linear path called Life.
