9th Annual Original Krewe of Barkloxi PAWrade

Carnival Season is upon us and we are thrilled to announce that the Original Krewe of Barkloxi's 9th Annual PAWrade will be hosted on Sunday, February 23rd at the Point Cadet Pavilion in Biloxi! Parade check-in will begin at 11am and the parade will begin at 12:30pm.
This is a highly attended event that gets better and better every year! Please pre-register your pet for the PAWrade by Thursday, February 20th. Forms can be completed and emailed to [email protected] or returned to HSSM’s adoption center.
Early Bird Registration: $15 donation by Feb. 20th. On-site registration is $20 from 11am-12pm at the Point Cadet Pavilion in Biloxi (HSSM tent). Registration forms can be found by visiting: https://www.hssm.org/events/barkloxi-pawrade.
Want your pet to be royalty?! The two Humans that collect the most donations for the Humane Society of South Mississippi will have their pup crowned the 2025 King & Queen of The Original Krewe of Barkloxi! You must register your pet by Friday, January 31st. Each registered pet will receive a designated link for their humans to share on social media for their friends and family to make a donation. Facebook fundraisers and cash/checks can also be collected through different individual fundraisers but ALL donations must be turned into the Humane Society of South MS by Wednesday, January 19th to determine the winners. Only ONE male and ONE female dog will be crowned the 2025 King and Queen of Barkloxi. Winners will be announced via Facebook (@MYHSSM) on Friday, February 21st. *Contestants do not have to come from the Humane Society of South Mississippi but they must represent the shelter in a positive light. Registrants should be spayed/neutered and up-to-date on all vaccinations*
