Each year, our neighborhood comes together to support a local family, cause, or organization. Past Lights of Love events have raised funds for the Children’s Hospital, Moon Volunteer Fire Department, the Patton family, I Love You More / Michael Trella Foundation, Mooncrest Neighborhood Programs, and Rachel’s Closet at Moon Area High School. This year, we gather in warmth and remembrance as we come together to benefit the Lucci family, in loving memory of Sam Lucci IV.
On Saturday, December 20 from 6-8pm, we invite you to enjoy an evening filled with:
🕯️ Luminaries lining the neighborhood
🌮 Los Gingos Tacos truck
☕️ Sip & Stroll
🎨 Kids’ activities
🔍 Holiday Decoration Scavenger Hunt (with a prize!)
🎶 Performances by the Moon Area High School Band
🚒 A visit from the Moon Volunteer Fire Department
🎅 A special appearance from Santa and The Grinch
Bring your friends and family, your holiday cheer, and your warmest coats as we light up Foxwood Knolls with community and love.
Donations for the Lucci family will be accepted at both entrances along Foxwood Road, as well as at each activity station in the cul-de-sacs.
Can't make it but want to support? We can accept donations via Venmo @AmyOledzki (please select the "Friends & Family" option and put "the Lucci family" in the notes section).
