9th Annual Light Up the Holiday - Yard Contest

Join us for the 9th Annual Light Up the Sky - Holiday Yard Contest!

Get into the festive spirit and showcase your creativity at this year's event held in the City of Seat Pleasant. Bring your friends and family to witness the dazzling displays of holiday lights and decorations. Whether you go all out with a winter wonderland theme or keep it simple with classic decor, everyone is welcome to participate. Contest Rules

Judging will be December 18th - December 22nd from 6pm to 9pm. Partcipants should ensure that all lights, animations, and decorations are in place and activated during the entire judging period.

Judging includes a score of 1-4 in four categories: Unique Design & Creative Use of Lights/Decorations, Storyline or Theme, Display & Placement of Decorations, Overall Presentation.

1st Place: $100

2nd Place: $50

3rd Place: $25

Winners will be announced and awarded on December 23rd, 2024. Each winner will be photographed and featured in the city's newsletter.
