9TH ANNUAL FALLEN HEROES 5K RUN / 1.5 MILE WALK

Come join us and be a part of the Southern Nevada Law Enforcement - 9th Annual Fallen Heroes 5K Run / 1.5 Mile Walk honoring our fallen and supporting our local law enforcement officers. This timed event (timer provided, results not recorded) will honor all law enforcement officers who have made the ultimate sacrifice and gave their lives while protecting and serving our communities.

Let's ensure that our Fallen Heroes and their families are NEVER FORGOTTEN!

Proceeds from this event will directly support the Henderson Police Department Honor Guard Detail. The Honor guard detail is a group of volunteer officers who provide ceremonial services honoring current and past members of the Department, they help with three major events a year and those take place at the Law Enforcement Officers Memorial in Carson City, Clark County and Washington D.C., they also assist with funeral services for officers killed in the line of duty from any other law enforcement agency within Nevada as well provide Color Guard services for community events at no cost to the public. These services are primarily funded through events such as this and your support allows them, with gratitude and respect, to continue to honor these fallen officers and their families.

Both events will begin at 8:00AM and will start and finish within Cornerstone Park. The 5K Run course will be a combination of paved and dirt trail and the 1.5 Mile Walk course will be all on paved trail. Both courses will circle around the 31-acre lake centered in Cornerstone Park.

Registration Includes: T-Shirt, Commemorative Event Bib and Finisher Medal. Children ages 6 and under are free, however a T-Shirt, Commemorative Event Bib and Finisher Medal will not be provided.

Space Limited: Event is limited to the first 500 registrations.

Online Registration: Online registration ends after the first 500 registrations or March 28th, 2025, whichever comes first.

Packet Pick Up and Same Day Registration will be determined based on availability, however fees will be increased by $10.00, only cash will be accepted and T-Shirt size and availability are not guaranteed.

Packet Pick Up: March 28th, 2025 between 5:00PM - 8:00PM at the Central Station located at 300 S. Green Valley Parkway Henderson, NV 89012

Is the event stroller friendly? Yes, all participants with strollers must start in the back and there is a small portion of the 5K Run that is on a dirt trail.

Can I bring my dog? Sorry, but no pets are allowed.
