RULES & REQUIREMENTS FOR TEAMS:
-$30 entry fee (new teams, returning teams free entry)
- Must use 1 pint of SD brew (teams choice)
- 1 pitcher of beer for the team to start
- teams get HH $ on beers during cook off
- Must be cooked on site (unless smoking meats.. message if you have any Q’s)
- 3-4 gallons of chili required
- all teams get 3oz serving cups for samples, spoons, cups & napkins provided by SD.
WRISTBANDS:
Buy 1 wristband: $10 (unlimited tastings)
Buy 2 wristbands: $30 (unlimited tastings & 2 pints 7% abv & below)
