>If ordered with a paper/printed order blank, make checks payable to Elks Lodge #158 and deliver or mail your order blank with check payment to Springfield Elks Lodge #158, 409 E. Lake Shore Drive, Springfield, IL 62712; the shirts will be delivered to the lodge and we'll notify you when they arrive, so that you can come and pick them up.
>If ordered online, the shirts will be shipped directly to you.
**DEADLINE TO ORDER SHIRTS IS FRIDAY, MAY 10th to allow enough time for shipping/receipt.**
