9D Breathwork bridges the gap between your conscious mind and subconscious patterns through a cinematic soundscape layered with hypnosis, subliminal messaging, and vibrational frequencies. Combined with guided breathwork and in-person energy healing, this journey helps you release what’s been weighing you down and return to your natural state of balance.

Whether you come in with one focus — health, relationships, peace, or purpose — or simply an openness to reset what your body and soul most need, this experience will meet you where you are.

Things you will need to bring:

• Wear comfortable clothing
• Eye masks will be provided but you can bring your own
• Many people bring their own pillow/blanket to make your journey comfortable
• Bring water/something to drink
• A journal if you wish
• An open mind

Photography & videography may be taken during this session, if you are not comfortable with this please let us know ahead of the session.

Maximum of 10 participants per session.

CONTRAINDICATIONS - A BREATHWORK SESSION MAY NOT BE SUITABLE FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

• Cardiovascular problems
• Abnormally high blood pressure
• Aneurysms
• Epilepsy and seizures in the past
• Severe psychiatric symptoms especially psychosis or paranoia
• Recent surgery
• Glaucoma
• Pregnancy
• People with asthma should bring their own inhaler
