The journey includes deep mouth breathing , accompanied by layers of sound, which will lead you to a powerful somatic release. You are encouraged to make noise and take up space, allowing yourself the freedom to express any pent-up anger, rage, and unprocessed emotions.
For complete immersion, you will be provided with headphones and an eye mask to create a deeply personal experience. At the end of the session, enjoy Medjool dates , dark chocolate , and a hot drink .
