9D Breathwork is an immersive, multi-sensory healing system that is designed for rapid, deep transformation. It works by combining nine layers of immersion to create an optimal state for healing and reprogramming-

🎧 Headphones & eye masks are provided for in-person classes.

Online classes: High-quality over-ear headphones are strongly reccommended.

Comfort: Wear loose, comfortable clothing.

A yoga mat & blanket will be provided but feel free to bring a pillow for comfort as you will be lying down for the full session.

Hydration: Have water nearby.

Don't Eat Heavily: Avoid a heavy meal for at least 1-2 hours before the class.

Contraindications (Please Read Carefully): While breathwork is incredibly healing, certain medical conditions require caution. 9D Breathwork is NOT recommended for those with a history of:

Epilepsy or seizures

Severe psychiatric symptoms (e.g., psychosis, bipolar disorder)

High blood pressure that is not controlled by Medic*tion

Severe heart conditions

Pregnancy
