9D Breathwork: Subconscious Mind ReprogrammingThis is a hybrid journey which includes mainly down-regulation breathwork with a bit of up-regulation for about 15 minutes. No screams, but three breath holds.
This journey is designed to support you in reprogramming your subconscious mind.
You are guided through gentle down-regulation breathing with a short period of activation to prepare your mind and body for deep transformation. The session incorporates various techniques including subliminal messages, binaural beats for activating alpha and theta brainwave states and visualisations to help release old limiting patterns and create new empowering ones. You will experience profound relaxation and heightened awareness as you explore and transform the garden of your subconscious mind, planting seeds for a brighter, more fulfilling future.
What is 9D Breathwork?
9D Breathwork is a combination of breathwork, hypnosis, & a range of different vibrations, sounds and frequencies designed to access the subconscious mind, release trapped emotions and traumas, & helps to rewire the brain.
Participants are provided with a set of 9D headsets, which are worn throughout the session to provide a completely immersive experience.
