We’ll begin with heart-opening cacao and set intentions, followed by our journey into stillness using 9D Breathwork while gently cradled in an aerial silk hammock. Reiki energy and a closing integration practice will help you ground your transformation.

‼️Please note: You will be reclining in an aerial hammock for this journey. The hammocks are suspended approximately 18” over padded mats; and are capable of supporting 350lbs. Alternatively, yoga mats, bolsters and blankets available if you prefer to recline on the floor.
