9D Breathwork Session is coming to @the_healingportal. We are partnering with @breathworknchill and @innerzen_wellness to bring this revolutionary breathwork session to us. They are the facilitators. There are many breathwork journeys they can take you on such as healing the inner child. These sessions combine breathwork, guided visualization, sound. The brainwaves slow down allowing you to experience an inward journey where the subconscious shifts and becomes more receptive. Breathwork is a fast track to getting to the roots of anxiety, limiting beliefs, sleep deprivation, anything unconscious or conscious. During this session, you will experience a cathartic emotional release. We bottle up emotions all day, every day. For years and years. Sounding familiar?
So, this session will offer you an opportunity to release in a big way. In this session, your perceptions will shift. We assign meanings to words and experiences, and your perception just might change. A problem may not seem as big as it was after this session. You will feel yourself shift. Breathe that in!
