Awaken your inner power and open your heart through a sacred afternoon of transformation. Join Amanda diMonda for an activation-style 9D Breathwork + Reiki Journey designed to release deep layers of emotion, rewire limiting beliefs, and reconnect you with your true essence.
Through guided hypnosis, frequency-encoded sound, affirmations, and intentional breath patterns, you’ll be guided beyond the thinking mind and into the wisdom of your body, where profound healing and remembrance live. Reiki energy flows throughout the session, amplifying the breath’s activation process, supporting emotional regulation, and helping to integrate the shifts that arise.
This journey invites you to breathe deeper, feel fully, and awaken energetically, creating space for clarity, renewal, and expanded consciousness. Whether you are new to breathwork or experienced in the practice, you’ll be held in a safe, nurturing container designed to meet you where you are.

🌿 What Is 9D Breathwork?
9D breathwork is an immersive sound experience that integrates binaural beats, guided coaching, 432Hz harmonic tuning, Solfeggio frequencies, subliminal hypnotic therapy and bio-acoustic sound effects that sculpt your neurology with the power of somatic breath work.
It's an efficient, powerful, paradigm-shifting exploration into your nervous system that clears trauma and limiting beliefs, shifts anxiety, depression and negative thoughts, and deeply restores your body to optimum health at a cellular level.

You don’t have to be experienced to do this journey. Amanda will be there to support you and guide you so you can have a beautiful experience, while feeling safe and supported. She also brings in Reiki and body work for those who would like it as well.
TECHNIQUE
You will be lying down in a comfortable space with no distractions. 9D Breathwork Journey can be transformational, I will instruct a circular breath through the mouth along with some visualization techniques. The session is set to music and some verbal guidance is given.
SOME ESSENTIALS & SUGGESTIONS
The session will last approximately 90-120 minutes. Leaving time for an intro, the breathwork joureny and extra time for integration afterword. You may bring a journal for personal insights or if you feel called to share we will have a share circle after to aid in integration and allow for any questions.
HEADPHONES WILL BE PROVIDED for our 9D experience.
Eat light or consider fasting for at two hours pre-session. (It can be difficult to breathe deeply on a full stomach)
Dress comfortably.
New Eye masks will be provided, however, you may bring your own.
Yoga Mats and blankets will be provided. Again feel free to bring your own if you prefer as well as optional pillow and additional blankets.
Please feel free to bring a water bottle with you. And some people like to have chapstick handy.
And lastly but not least, please bring an open Heart and Mind.

This journey isn't advisable for all individuals— Breathwork may not be for you if you have the following conditions: Some Cardiovascular problems, high or abnormal blood pressure, history of aneurysms, epilepsy or history of seizures. Anyone on heavy Medic*tion, severe psychiatric symptoms, particularly psychosis or paranoia, bipolar disorder, osteoporosis, recent surgery, glaucoma, pregnancy, an active addiction. Any person with mental illness who isn't in treatment or lacks adequate support. Anyone experiencing an emotional or spiritual crisis. This list is not all inclusive and I generally recommend if you have a question about a condition you may have that is not listed, that you consult a physician before beginning breathwork.

GETTING TO THE STUDIO & PARKING
Enter into your GPS - Give Rise Studio or 125 South Carroll Street, 101. We are located next to the Barber shop close to the corner of South Street.We have street parking, a parking lot and a parking garage located at 125 E All Saints St, Frederick, MD 21701 just a block away.
Our parking lot is for the entire building and is open to use on the weekends and after 5pm M-F. You can enter through the front or back door depending on where you park.
