I invite you to join me at the Creative Healing Center for a powerful 9D Breathwork session. My name is Dr. Gill, a Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and one of my true passions is guiding others through the healing power of breathwork.

When we suppress our emotions or carry unresolved trauma, they become lodged within us, creating barriers to our peace, health, and happiness. UNDERSTANDING 9D BREATHWORK
9D Breathwork is a powerful practice that uses soundscapes and advanced techniques to transform your mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Here's how it works:
1. Binaural Brain Entrainment: Uses different frequencies in each ear to synchronize brainwaves, promoting relaxation and focus.
2. Solfeggio Frequencies: Ancient healing tones that align energy fields, enhancing emotional and physical healing.
3. Isochronic Tones: Pulsing sounds that influence brainwaves, helping with relaxation and mental clarity.
4. Bioacoustic Sound Effects: Natural and synthetic sounds ground you in the present, releasing trapped emotions.
5. Somatic Breathwork: Focuses on bodily sensations to release stored tension and trauma, integrating mind and body.
6. Subliminal Hypnotic Therapy: Embeds positive affirmations at a subconscious level to shift beliefs and behaviors.
7. Guided Vocal Coaching: Provides structure and support to enhance focus and motivation.
8. Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP): Reframes negative beliefs, fostering a positive mindset and resilience.
States of Consciousness: 9D Breathwork guides participants through various brain states:

By combining these techniques, 9D Breathwork provides a holistic, transformative experience designed to relieve stress, heal trauma, and foster personal growth.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Each session includes:
- Session worksheet to set intension and assess your present state of being, post-session assessment, integration techniques and recommendations
- Opening Sacred space
- Essential oils to anoint and facilitate emotional release.
- Step by step guidance- breathing techniques, breath holds, energetic and physical releases.
- Each breathwork session is approximately 2-hours. Active and passive breathwork lasts approximately 60-minutes with verbal and manual coaching support
- Closing of sacred space
- Integration Herbal tea- calms the nervous system, mind and nourishes and grounds the body
PROVIDED FOR YOUR COMFORT:
- Yoga mat/air mattress cushion
- Eye mask
- Blanket
- Neck pillow
- Bolster
HOW TO PREPARE:
- Please submit Intake/waiver before session to ensure eligibility to participate.
- Turn off all electronic devices when you arrive.
- No eating right before the journey. Digestion can interfere with the process so best to eat light and even skip a meal before a big breathwork session. This allows all your energy to be focused upon the natural healing processes of the body to be activated.
- Open Mind- It is important to come with no expectations. All it takes is a willingness to lean in and go deep. Full surrender and let your body take care of the rest.
- Please advise if you have any essential oil sensitivities upon arrival.
- Water bottle with a sealed lid. Your mouth will dry out. (optional)
- Lip balm (optional)
- Wear comfortable, layered loose fitting clothing. During a breathwork session your body temperature may fluctuate
- Doors open at 7:30pm. You may want to arrive early to pick your spot, fill out the Pre-session worksheet, use the restroom or fill you water bottle.
9D BREATHWORK MAY NOT BE FOR YOU IF:
I prioritize the safety and well-being of all participants, and as part of my commitment to ensure a secure environment, I require the completion of this Liability Waiver Form. A breathing session may not be suitable for you if you have the following conditions: Pregnant, have severe Hypertension or Cardiovascular disease, Epilepsy, Seizures, Bipolar disorders, Schizophrenia, Paranoia, Psychosis, Abnormally High blood pressure, recent major surgeries, a communicable disease, Osteoporosis, Glaucoma, anyone experiencing an emotional or spiritual crisis. Any person with a mental illness who is not in treatment or lacks adequate support. Asthma (bring a inhaler and consult with your physician)
