Journeys are guided through provided headphones. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat or something to lie on, a blanket and an eye mask if you like. Do NOT eat for 2 hours before the session.

Cardiovascular problems, abnormally high or low blood pressure, aneurysms,epilepsy and seizures in the past, anyone taking heavy Medic*tion, severe psychiatric symptoms, recent surgery, or currently pregnant.
