This event will be hosted at the Centre Energie in the Namaste Room.Please bring yoga mat or gravity chair, blanket and pillow (whatever you need to be comfortable laying down for 90 minutes)
Might want to consider bringing a journal to take notes to help you integrate the journey afterwards.
We will provide headphones and eye masks.
Who is this for?
This journey is designed to gently and compassionately guide participants through the full spectrum of grief, returning them to a state of love. We start with 17 minutes of down regulation breathwork to create relaxation, calm, and safety.
Following this, the active breathing session navigates emotions associated with grief and loss, from numbness to anger, blame, shame, guilt, remorse, and regret, ultimately leading to acceptance and letting go.
The session integrates techniques such as subliminal positive messages, binaural beats, visualizations, NLP, and powerful positive hypnosis to release stuck emotions, beliefs patterns and repressed traumas. Participants will emerge feeling lighter, more connected and with a profound sense of relief and acceptance,
LENGTH & BREAKDOWN:
Full Session: 1:17:18
Active Breathing starts at 17:30.
2 minutes of resonant breathing to warm up the lungs
Shifts to a 4-2-6 breathing pattern for 4 minutes
Finally shifting into around 5:30 minutes of box breathing dissipating any anxiety or overwhelm from journeying, breathing beyond grief and loss.
