For those who want to come on a 5 month journey with me and take part in all 5 sessions I am offering access to the 9D 30 Days of Transformation Breathwork online program which consists of 4 weeks of daily breathwork practice and meditation. All sesssions are 20-40 minutes and what’s beautiful about the program is the breathwork and meditation have separate recordings so if you are short on time you can do breathwork in the morning and meditation later in the day if time permits allowing you the ease of staying on track when you are busy. Each of the 4 weeks has its own theme:
- week 1: Stress & Anxiety
- week 2: Sharpening Focus & Concentration
- week 3: Rewiring your Subconscious
- week 4: Building Self Confidence & Taking Action
It also contains a toolbox of 8 breathwork techniques to help build your connection with the breath.
