Vanessa Forse's Bio
Vanessa is a recent graduate of the 200hr Yoga Teacher Training at Awakened Yoga Studio, a 9D Breathwork Facilitator, and the founder of Embodied Spirit Breathwork. Vanessa holds a BS in Human Resources and is currently diving into the world of social work as an MSW student. She is passionate about blending holistic practices with heartfelt care to create meaningful change. When she's not guiding others through transformative experiences, you can find her at home with her husband and their 8 adorable fur-babies.
Vanessa hosts in-person and virtual breathwork events in private and group settings. "Your breath is a powerful tool to regulate your nervous system and release stored trauma in the body - learning to harness the power of your breath can change your life!"
