This journey is designed to gently and compassionately guide participants through the full spectrum of grief, returning them to a state of love. We start with 17 minutes of down regulation breathwork to create relaxation, calm, and safety. Follwing this, the active breathing session navigates emotions associated with grief and loss, from numbness to anger, blame, shame, guilt, remorse, and regret, ultimately leading to acceptance and letting go. The session integrates techniques such as positive subliminal messages, binaural beats, visualizations, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), and hypnosis (a state of focused concentration and deep relaxation) to release stuck emotions and belief patterns. Participants will emerge feeling lighter, more connected, and with a profound sense of relief and acceptance.
