The Board of Directors of the World Affairs Council of Western Massachusetts cordially invites you to join our 99th Annual Meeting and Reception. US Representative Richard Neal will speak. We will give our 2025 Sue C. Root Citizen Diplomacy Award to Nicole LaChapelle, Commissioner of the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation, and former Mayor of Easthampton.
