1) When is the Hollywood Christmas Parade 2024?
The 92nd Hollywood Christmas Parade takes place on Sunday, December 1, 2024, from 6–8 pm. Pre-parade entertainment starts at 5:30 pm.
2) How can I watch the parade?
Reserved grandstand seating will be available to purchase. Reserved spots are going for $120, which supports Marine Toys for Tots, but curbside viewing along the parade route after Highland Avenue is free.
3) Where does the parade start?
The 3.2-mile parade route begins at Hollywood Boulevard and Orange Drive, in front of the Chinese Theatre, and heads east. It then turns south onto Vine Street and west onto Sunset Boulevard, where it continues until reaching Orange Drive again.
4) Who will be appearing?
Laura McKenzie, Dean Cain, Montel Williams, and Elizabeth Stanton will host. The rest of the lineup—including the grand marshal—is still to come, but expect to see a few more, uh, “celebrities.” The parade typically features plenty of character balloons, marching bands, dance groups and equestrians, too, culminating with the arrival of Santa and his reindeer.
