As we approach September 11, I cordially invite you to participate in a special event that honors the lives lost and the resilience shown in the face of tragedy. Join me for a 9.11 mile walk, starting and ending at The American Legion TX Post 179.
When: September 11, 2025
Where: American Legion TX Post 179
Time: Starting at 2pm
Following the walk, we will hold a ceremony at 6pm to pay tribute to those affected by the events of September 11, 2001. It will be a chance to reflect, share memories, and honor the spirit of resilience that continues to inspire us.
After the ceremony, we will convene for our September general membership meeting. This will be an opportunity to connect with fellow members, discuss upcoming initiatives, help our building fund by playing the 50/50, and ALL MEMBERS can win $1000 by simply joining us.
I encourage everyone to come out, walk with me, and show your support. Whether you can walk the full distance or join me for a few steps and a selfie of course lol, definitely join us for the ceremony and meeting, your presence makes a difference. #YouMatter #AlwaysRemember
