What can you expect:
The 90-Minute Triathlon will consist of 3 back-to-back 30-minute sessions:
30-Minute Run/Walk
30-Minute Interval Workout
30-Minute Yoga Session
The Run/Walk will start/finish at the Fleet Feet Mishawaka store.
The Interval Workout and the Yoga Session will take place in the Fleet Feet Mishawaka parking lot.
