For the fifth year in a row, we’re partnering with American Heart Association to raise awareness for the positive change that Orangetheory has on heart health. Our new campaign — Change Takes Heart — highlights the important role that cardiovascular fitness plays in lessening the risk of heart disease and adding years to your life.According to the Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans, it’s recommended to engage in 150 minutes or more of moderate to vigorous activity a week to reduce the risk of many chronic diseases and other adverse health outcomes. That’s means that completing 3 classes each week exceeds this goal and helps contribute to positive changes in physical and mental health — especially when it comes to the heart.
This month on February 18th at 11:30am we are hosting a 90 minute donation class. The class registration is a $25 dollar donation in which 100% of the proceeds will go to the American Heart Association. If unable to attend class but you're still wishing to donate there are options to do so in-studio or directly in the Orangetheory app through the end of the month! We're excited to host this opportunity and will see you all there!
