Are you ready to commit to you and make positive changes in your life?The Freedom cycle is designed for both beginners and regular Chakradance participants.
It begins with an introductory overview, and goes on to explore a different major chakra each week, before concluding with an integration class.
This cycle will gently awaken each of your seven chakras and help you to discover where your energy is flowing and also where you have blockages.
Dancing through your chakra system regularly will release blocked energy and help you to feel more alive and energised.
It will open you up to insights about your life, and bring balance and health to your whole system.
To enhance and assist us on this journey, we will be utilising specific Essential Oils blended for each chakra, as well as Australian Bush Flower Essences during the classes.
This series is held on alternating Tuesdays to the regular Chakradance classes at The Heart Centre Academy of Healing.
Please wear whatever you feel comfortable in. I do suggest that you wear something in the corresponding colour of the Chakra we are working on, this will help you go deeper into the chakra. But this is entirely up to you.
Dates for this series are as follows:
• Week 1 - May 10 - Introduction
• Week 2 – May 24 - Base - Red
• Week 3 – June 7 - Sacral - Orange
• Week 4 – June 21 - Solar Plexus - Yellow
• Week 5 – July 5 - Heart - Green
• Week 6 – July 19 - Throat - Blue
• Week 7 – August 2 - 3rd Eye - Indigo
• Week 8 – August 14 - Crown - Violet
• Week 9 – August 30 - Integration
There is only 1 intake for this series and that is at the beginning. Opportunity to join will close as we go into the Base Chakra class. This helps keep the sacred energy of the group together.
