Group Members – Important Event UpdateWe are excited to share that we will be presenting 10 of the beautiful PCNA photobooks to the City of Mill Creek at the September 23 Council Meeting during the first half of the scheduled meeting (6–7 PM).
In addition, we will present a framed photograph from Mike Lowell, which will be displayed at City Hall as a lasting reminder of our community’s dedication to the Penny Creek Natural Area.
Lisa Weber will speak on behalf of the group, and together we will take questions and comments from the council.
We warmly invite you to join in person at Mill Creek City Hall or virtually to show your support and hear the discussion around what is truly our group’s biggest accomplishment to date.

Because this presentation is part of the official council agenda, please reach out to me directly if you would like to make a short statement. Unlike public comment, we must stick to the allotted timeframe and cannot accommodate unplanned speakers.
Your presence—either in person or online—will help demonstrate to the council just how important the Penny Creek Natural Area is to the community. If attending in person, consider arriving 5–10 minutes early to find seating before our item begins.
