About this Event
Join Eileen Tongson of FarmGal Flowers for a colorful and flavorful journey into the world of edible flowers. Discover which blooms thrive in Central Florida and learn Eileen’s tips for starting seeds, cultivating healthy plants, and harvesting them at their peak.
She will also share creative ways to bring edible flowers from garden to table, adding beauty and flavor to your dishes. Each participant will receive seeds to begin their own edible flower garden.
Guests will enjoy handcrafted mocktails alongside seasonal small bites prepared by FitLiving Eats.
