Join Us for the Annual 9/11 Memorial Walk
The 2025 9/11 Memorial Walk will take place on Thursday, September 11, beginning at 9:00 AM. Participants are asked to gather at Richard’s Coffee Shop no later than 8:45 AM.
The Exchange Club will provide approximately 20 American flags for walkers to carry during the walk. The solemn procession will begin on Main Street in front of Richard’s and proceed to Liberty Park, traveling along E. Moore Avenue and crossing Church Street.
At Liberty Park, town officials and a guest speaker will offer remarks honoring the lives lost and the heroes of September 11. The ceremony will conclude with the playing of bagpipes and Taps.
Following the event, all are invited back to Richard’s Coffee Shop for refreshments and fellowship.
