Participants will climb the equivalent number of stairs found inside the World Trade Center, in honor of the nearly 3,000 lives lost — including the brave first responders who ran toward danger to save others.
This climb is open to all area first responders and any community members who would like to participate alongside our local heroes.
Whether you climb or simply come to support, your presence helps keep the memory alive.
Check in will begin at 8:00 a.m.
Opening remarks: 8:35 a.m.
National Anthem: 8:43 a.m.
Climb begins: 8:46 a.m. - the time the first tower was struck on September 11th.
