Here's how it works:
Participating scoop shops agree to offer 1 FREE single scoop cone or cup to folks w/ coupons from RI FOOD FIGHTS.
We combine all the coupons into a coupon book we call a Passport and mail them to you.
🍦 We have TWENTY-FIVE BEST scoop shops participating!
🍦 Last year we had 41 so it'll probably be closer to that number!
